We've helped Classkick scale up their team by hiring 11+ engineers, including their VP of Engineering.

When we arrived they were in a place where they had 200 applications 40 interviews and zero hires.  We revamped their entire interview process to move quickly, but also make it inclusive such that we can build a diverse engineering team.  The results reflect our efforts and intentions.

Out of the 11 stellar engineers, 5 are women and 6 are men.  Beyond gender diversity, we've helped them achieve ethic, education and geographic diversity.
